"Flirt"

This is my latest quilt "Flirt" by Sandy Gervais.

Another one for the box, just needs to be quilted now.  I used a layer cake and cut it in half and added a 1 1/2 inch border then a 5 inch final border.

I love the freshness of this one.

March is going to be my UFo  month, they are getting out of control and I have had enough of them sitting around in boxes, so off I go to work my way through them.

Sarah Fielke Quilt

This quilt is made using Sarah Fielke new range out in spotlight.

It's a 12 fat quarter quilt.  It went together really quickly.  I choose to do the inside border in hot pink and the outside border using the green and hot pink Fushia print.

Now it's ready for quilting but I have a few to quilt before this one so into the quilting box it goes.

Let's Ova Run Cancer Auction Quilt

I have donated this quilt to a great Auction being held on the 25th Feburary....Go have a look there is lots of great things all over Australia to bid on.

Kelly from Ferview Cottage machined quilted it beautiful hearts and flowers.

California Girl Quilt

I had a charm pack of California Girl lying around and thought I would make it up.  I am quite happy with the results.  Not sure if I should put a border on it.  Another one for the box.

Cuzco Quilt

I wanted a quick and easy quilt to do.  I looked in my box and found on this charm pack.  Cuzco by Kate Spain.

This year I am making a few quilts to have on hand.

12 Sewing bags and Pin Cushions

Last week I was on a roll, I made these 12 sewing bags with matching pin cushions.  Some have found a new home at my sisters, others are going to a friend for a fundraiser, and some will stay here in my gift box.
