Jacob's ladder quilt

I am making a Queen Size Jacob's ladder quilt for our bed. Does anyone think I should put a 2 inch white border then a 5 inch blue border around it?

    Its lovely Carol... I think it would suit borders... size I think depends on the overall size that you want it to finish at... have you got a friendly shop which will let you try auditioning?

    I personally would opt for the borders, but then, I don't have all that much experience with quilting, but do know what I like looking at, and it would be a shame to complete it without and spend the rest of the time wishing you'd put them on! Great work so far though, looks great.
